Splash Test Dummies

Grab your floaties, crash helmets (figuratively), and big splash energy—because DustnéM is taking over the water with paddleboard turntables and a tidal wave of beats.

It’s gonna be a wild ride full of music, mayhem, and water-fueled fun. But before you cannonball into the chaos, peep these pro tips to keep things safe, smart, and smooth:

Splash & Crash Safety Tips

Bring a trash bag – for your own trash and to snag any rogue floaters. Leave the lake better than you found it. Bonus points if you take one extra piece!

Use the buddy system – keep eyes on your homies. Every 10 mins, do a quick “YO!” / “YEE!” call & response to make sure everyone’s still upright and smiling.

Hydration = elevation – shoot for 2 waters to every drink. Being sun-dizzy is not the move.

Bring snacks + NA drinks – you can’t rage on an empty tank.

Audit yourself – Check in every so often: “How am I really doing?” The vibes get wild, and it’s easy to float past your limits.

Big sun hat = smart style – UV rays aren’t invited to the afterparty.

Ramps & rocks = sneaky danger – you’re not the same you that got in. Take it slow.

Water shoes help – Old sneakers or cheap aqua socks are MVPs when off your board.

Bring an anchor – Party Island’s got two currents. Without an anchor, you’re just floating furniture.

Need help? Holler early – Don’t tough it out. Shout out. We got you.

Don’t lose your paddle – It’s your motor. Keep it close or kiss mobility goodbye.

Leave no trace (except legendary memories).

Challenge your crew to scoop up at least one extra piece of trash as you head out. Let’s keep our party home clean and float-friendly for the next wave.

PLEASE SHARE these tips with friends who might not be in this group or who are just catching the wave. Safety isn’t a buzzkill — it’s how we party harder, longer, and better.

Now let’s SPLASH LOUD and CRASH SMART. See you at Party Island!
